Day by Day
Arusha to the Serengeti
Pick up from Arusha. Drive to the Serengeti (6 hours with highland stops). Arrive mid-afternoon. Game drive until sunset on the Serengeti plains. First evening under canvas in the park — sundowner from your tented camp as the sky turns red over the acacia.
Full Day Serengeti
Your one full day in the Serengeti. Two game drives — morning for predator activity, afternoon for the light. Seronera Valley: lions on kopjes, cheetahs on termite mounds using them as vantage points, leopards in the sycamore figs. Picnic lunch in the bush.
Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater and Arusha
Dawn game drive in the Serengeti. Drive east to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area (3 hours). Descend into the crater at noon — a compact, self-contained ecosystem with all Big Five. After a full crater game drive and lunch on the floor, ascend and drive back to Arusha. Overnight hotel.
Arusha to Zanzibar — Stone Town
Morning flight from Kilimanjaro International Airport to Zanzibar (1 hour). Transfer to Stone Town — a UNESCO World Heritage site, the old Arab trading capital, narrow alleyways and carved wooden doors. Afternoon wandering the old town. Fresh seafood dinner at Forodhani Gardens night market.
Zanzibar Beach and Departure
Transfer to a north coast beach (Nungwi or Kendwa — white sand, turquoise water). Snorkelling or sea kayaking if desired. Afternoon at leisure. Late afternoon transfer to Zanzibar Airport for your international departure. Or extend your beach stay — ask Kassim about adding nights.
