Common Booking Questions
How far in advance should I book?
For peak season (June–October and December–February), 3–6 months ahead is recommended. For green season, 1–3 months is usually sufficient. We can often accommodate last-minute bookings — WhatsApp us.
What if I need to cancel?
We offer a full refund (minus bank transfer fees) for cancellations made 60+ days before departure. Cancellations within 60 days are refunded at 50%. See our full cancellation policy on the booking confirmation.
Is my deposit safe?
Your deposit is held in our operating account and applied directly to your safari. We do not use it for other purposes. We provide a written booking confirmation with all terms.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. After the 20% deposit, the remaining balance can be split into up to two installments — the first 60 days before departure, the second 30 days before.
What does the price include and exclude?
Every itinerary we send clearly lists inclusions (park fees, accommodation, meals, guide, vehicle) and exclusions (international flights, visa, tips, travel insurance). No ambiguity.
